Commissioned by the JDA, the bus rapid transit system station public art project celebrates the diverse stories that define Joburg and its residents. Artworks are sandblasted onto the glass panels at all the Rea Vaya stations throughout Joburg. The station art has won the Innovation Award at the 13th Business Day BASA Awards (Business and Arts South Africa). |
